I'm adding these two measurements to my conversion chart. Please feel free to contact me if anything else is missing.

Stone- A unit of weight used in Great Britain and Ireland is equal to 14 pounds or 6.35029 kilos.

Fathom- A nautical unit of measurement equals 2 yards or 6 feet or 1.8288 meters.
